We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and use Stripe as our secure payment handler. Payments by credit card will incur a 3.7% fee.

We also accept payment by international bank transfer using Wise.com. The fees when using Wise are tiny and usually just a few dollars.

House Rules for Outdoor Areas and Noise

Kaiteriteri Luxury Apartment is located in a beachside residential area, and we value our community and neighbourhood. Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by respecting our outdoor area hours.

The outdoor area is available for your use. After 11pm please avoid making loud noise to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Under no circumstances will the details of guests be shared amongst individuals nor be distributed to third party organisations without prior consent.

Security

Data collected from you while making this booking will be used solely for securing your booking. We use industry-standard encryption technology that handles your sensitive information securely during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

We strongly recommend to all our guests that they purchase a comprehensive travel insurance before commencing travel as we are unable to offer a full refund once you are within 30 days of your arrival date.

Moving a booking to a future date may be possible. Before cancelling please contact us to discuss this option.

For bookings cancelled 31 days or more prior to your date of arrival we provide a full refund.

For bookings cancelled 7 to 30 days prior to your date of arrival we provide a refund of 80%

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to your date of arrival are non-refundable.

In unforeseen circumstances our apartment may become unavailable due to events outside our control. If this happens we will contact you to arrange either an alternative date for your booking or a full refund 

Fair-use Policy

Unless otherwise stated, the fair and standard use of all utilities is included in the tariff for your stay.

Where unfair or excessive usage occurs the estimated cost of excess usage we reserve the right to charge this to the guest.

Examples of unfair or excessive usage include leaving appliances running for unnecessarily long periods, leaving services such as the heating running while the property is unoccupied.

Please report any damage immediately and we reserve the right to charge any repairs to the guest 

Internet Usage Policy

Free WiFi internet is provided for web browsing and communication.

This service is not provided for heavy streaming or downloading and the viewing or downloading of illegal content is prohibited 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside or near the apartment. If you smoke, please dispose of cigarette butts in a rubbish bin to help keep our property clean and safe

Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding guest numbers and usage of the property:

No Parties or Functions. 

The property is not to be used as a party or function venue. Only booked guests are allowed to stay at the property.

Maximum number of guests is 6

Pets

No Pets are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and written confirmation has been made

Illegal Activity

Any illegal substances found or illegal activity will be reported 

Guest Responsibilities on Departure

We kindly ask that you leave everything in a clean and tidy state to avoid cleaning charges. Please ensure the following before you depart:

Dishes: Ensure all dishes are clean and put away, or rinsed and in the dishwasher.

Linen and Towels: Leave all used linen on the beds and used towels in the bathroom.

Rubbish Disposal: Dispose of all rubbish in the appropriate bins/bags provided.

Security: Lock all doors, close windows, and leave the key where you found it

Please depart by 10am so our next guests can also have an enjoyable stay.
